Mr. Arnold

I was born in Beach, ND, raised in Miles City and the youngest of eight siblings. I graduated from Custer County District High School. Immediately after high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Army. My first tour of duty was in Wuerzburg, Germany from 76-79. Second tour of duty was in Fort Huachuca, AZ, where I met my wonderful wife of 38 years. We have 3 sons; Bradley, Matthew and Ethan. I left the Army to pursue an Associate Degree at Miles Community College. While attending college, I was also in the Army National Guard in Miles City. Having not completed my associate degree, I enlisted into the U.S. Coast Guard (Semper Paratus). A wonderful, rewarding and fulfilling career of protecting our borders at sea, enforcing the laws of our waterways and best of all saving lives of those in distress. The end of my military career was in Grand Haven, Michigan (officially titled, Coast Guard City USA); retired after 26 years of total service. My family continued to live in Grand Haven until accepting my first teaching position in Rosebud, MT (Business/Technology) from 2011-14. The following year I was the Computer Lab Supervisor at Custer County District High School. Lavina, MT (2015-17) was my second teaching position before coming to Fairview, MT.

I feel very blessed and honored to be completing my working career as a teacher/technician in a wonderful community, with outstanding staff and the most respectful students that I have had the privilege of teaching. The saying that the third time is a charm, Fairview is my third and my charm.
