There will be a meeting of the Fairview School Board of Trustees, School Districts 3 & 13, Richland County, on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Fairview School Board Room to adopt the 2026-2027 final budgets of these districts. Any taxpayer of these districts may appear at the meeting to be heard for or against any part of the budgets. A copy of the agenda for this meeting will be available at the Clerk’s office, Fairview Schools.
